Shipping & Returns

We offer a flat rate for shipping which is very competitive with other online shops. Our rate is $10 no matter how heavy or your destination within Australia. For all international orders please send us an email for a quote, and we will gladly supply you with the rate. We aim to have all parcels shipped from our location within 2 business days from your payment being received. We ship using Australia Post. We have found Australia Post to be very reliable. Your parcel leaves our premises in an excellent condition and we take no responsibilty for what may happen in transit, including but not limited to postal strikes, damages, and loss of parcel as this is outside of our control. If this happens we will do everything possible to track it down for you and recify any problems, but we will not be expected to replace the parcel or offer reimbursement, however all parcels come with tracking.

Local Pickup

We offer local pick up to our eastern Melbourne customers. Please contact us if you are interested to find out where we are based. This is for orders of $40 or greater. Pick up is between 6-8pm Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. Subscribers to our newsletter and facebook page have no minimum order amount.

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 2 weeks from date of purchase. This is for us to be notified, not for you to have the parcel returned. Once receiving your parcel, and your child has tried the item on, if the sizing does not fit please contact us immediately for an alternative. An alternative would be a different size in the same clothing, a swap for something else, a gift certificate for the amount or a refund. A swap for the same clothing in a different size will always be taken if the required size is available. There will be a shipping charge up to $8 maximum to send new items unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item or size as to what was ordered. If you have been sent the wrong item please notify us straight away so that we can rectify the problem with you. We will pay for return postage and the postage on your new item.

We will only accept returns if the item is returned in a salable condition. This means, but is not limited to, the tags remaining intact, the item not being worn, no marks or tears, and the item not having been washed. Please notify us prior to returning your item.

Returns are not available on items marked down by 25% or greater, due to the clearance nature of the sale. Please take care when choosing.
